Staff were nice and polite. Room was clean. Breakfast was hosted 8 min away at the golf course. Very hospitable; very filling breakfast. Nice trail to the lake , alittle better signaged but very nice to drink coffee at sunrise Stayed for three days and would do it again

A little disappointed in the beginning as Staff were not there for checking in when we arrived at almost 4pm, had to wait for 10-15 min and the door was closed, it was cold outside. Location is good, close to many falls and city centre. Room is clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast has apple, coffe, muffin and yoghurt. Pretty good price compared with other hotels nearby.

Close to lake. Quick access to main highway. Property just renovated, so some facilities was not upto the mark, but it did not affected our stay. Owner friendly explained the situation. Overall a good stay.

This was a last minute booking as we were on our way back to Vancouver from jasper and wanted to visit Wells Park the next day. So glad we stayed the night. The room was surprisingly modern and nicely renovated. If we do the drive again we’re definitely going to stay here again!

Rooms were comfy and clean. Sliding door that opened right out to a large grass area over looking the lake. Check in was quick and easy and parking right outside our room door. Would book here again if travelling through.

Love the location at lakeside. The views were somewhat spoilt by the construction site between the lake and the hotel, but still a nice location. The family room was excellent, it has everything you need. Some of the furniture's are a bit dated and tired, but it was cosy and clean.
