You have to be a total nature freak or this is not for you. Access is difficult. You have to reverse down a rough drive with a bend which we did in the dark! Not advisable. But if you enjoy isolation and remoteness, you can’t do better than this. Access along wobbly bridges is a bit hairy with suitcases but we managed. In all, we enjoyed our stay because we love peace and quiet and nature spotting. It was very mystical being so high in the trees. The deck over looks a small river filled with spawning salmon attracting eagles that flew within a few feet. We left the treehouse with our souls nourished. The keypad for the door took a bit of getting used to for me. You need to be prepared to manage your own garbage and food scraps Be prepared to have no cell service within 10 minutes drive of the property. 911 might still work by satellite depending on your phone. I was impressed with the full featured treehouse. Excellent air flow fans & heating of the space & water. Good water pressure & regular small toilet & small shower. Stove. Fridge with some usable condiments in fall 2024\. Great utensil & glassware stock. Despite it being a treehouse in the forest, I only encountered (noticed) a cricket and a moth.in the treehouse which I was fine with. ##### Lawrence Y.
