Three of us slept in the room with the bunk beds which was a little crowded, but a choice we made. The other bedroom was beautiful and spacious, as was the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed room for a couple of cooks at one time. The indoor parking was a bonus as there was lots of snow. Blueberry Hill is a little further from the village than we usually stay, but it also made for mostly quiet nights (except when someone was partying in the communal hot tub that's right next door). The windows overlook trees, the mountain and a ski run in the distance - beautiful views of sunrise. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, gadgets - electric water kettle for all of you tea drinkers! Gas fireplace adds a nice touch. Couch and beds are super comfortable, and bathrooms are very spacious and luxurious. They have a nice selection of games (Taboo was our fav) and books to browse. The owners have done a fantastic job keeping their place clean, modern and enjoyable . Underground parking was very convenient, nice to have an indoor warm spot. Shuttle stop to the mountain was very close (Ptarmigan then take a right in Blueberry, bus stop on the left) but we decided to drive the five minutes because parking (lots 1-5) was so convenient and cheap - $10 US. There’s a community hot tub that we were able to get into every single day - not crowded. May want to request a couple more towels for the hot tub. Grocery shopping in Whistler is crowded and expensive with a limited selection, but we found an independent grocer about five minutes north, and they had everything we needed and more. “The Living Room” in Whistler Village was a great place for flat bread and salads, drinks, and specialty coffees - they have a huge selection of games and you can just hang out and have fun! ##### Christine M.
