Dunn Peak Protected Area Vacation Packages

After travelling a long day, I arrived at the hotel with a smooth checkin. After getting to my room, I was excited to relax and order room service. However this option was removed. Therefore I called down the restaurant to order take out. No problem. Except, the phone rang and rang. After about 30 mins of trying to get through. I finally placed my take out order. After waiting roughly 30 mins, I walked down and saw absolute chaos in the restaurant. The entire place was packed with people and there was one server. One server who was hosting, running food, taking orders and answering the phone. The customers in the restaurant looked pretty upset. Many times with just people sitting, no drinks no food, and tons of orders sitting at the kitchen window waiting to go. The serv

We loved the space at the Grand Residence. We had space for our family of 5 to have separate beds. Our other family members were staying in The Grand and we could all meet every night at the hot tub.

The room we had was small and seemed to be designed for one person. There was a huge desk with an office chair that took up all the floor space so we had the bed or one office chair for two people to sit in. The room is showing its age , pretty beat up in places and had the smallest shower we had ever seen in a hotel room. The room had a little kitchenette with a micro, sink , a few dishes and a small fridge. The staff was helpful when we had to phone down as there was no tv remote in the room, they had a nice young man bring us one.

Everything was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful and the staff so kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here. My bed was so comfortable and the room the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. I was travelling with my Maltipoo Mango and she was welcomed as well. Thank you for such a lovely relaxing spot. Also, my daughter was in an adjoining room and she used the hot tub and said it was wonderful and very clean. Will definately be back again soon.

There was an old towel left at the cupboard from an old guest. it means, the house keeper did not do the great cleaning and tidying.
