"took a chance on this hotel after i saw someone post about it on tiktok and it did not disappoint. easy check in, complementary wine/water/coffee, WiFi, it was clean, got fresh towels, and the staff was super sweet and helpful. thank you for an amazing stay."

"Our overall stay was just okay. Staff at check in was very friendly and cleaning staff was very friendly as well. We had trouble with our card getting out of the parking structure and the security officer was so annoyed, rolling his eyes that he had to come and assist us. Throughout our stay the elevators were not working. The game room was cool. One fire pit was not working.it was hard to get access to a fire pit throughout our stay to use our smores kit but it’s a cool amenity. Overall we didn’t spend much time in our room so it was oka. Not terrible do the price. Also walking distance to fisherman’s wharf and Alcatraz pier so we didn’t use our car majority of the trip. Hope this is helpful to first timers. "
