Early August was quite warm in Pittsburg and we appreciated standing fans in each bedroom and overhead fans in the living/dining areas, as well as a couple of window air conditioners. Direct access to Perry Stream and the trails Jeff maintains on his property was an added bonus enjoyed by our grandson, our dog, and all the adults. A great place to stay."
