Superb host. Outstanding breakfast.

Hotel was very nice and clean, well painted and great atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast is included and cooked in the cleanest kitchen I've seen in Mexico. Owner Yan was extremely helpful and interesting to talk to. He is helpful in explaining why things are the way they are in Merida and the Yucatan. The only thing that I didn't like was paying $35mex for a coffee before complimentary coffee started at 7:30am. One km from plaza grande is a little bit of a walk but the cabs are very cheap....

Chablé is located on a former hacienda that has been beautifully renovated. All rooms consist of spacious and private Casitas. The domain itself is beautiful and is very well maintained. They have two restaurants including one Ixi’im operated by chef a Jorge Vallejo who’s been awarded a Michelin star. We came to Merida for a few nights and decided to stay away from central this time. We really enjoyed staying here and location.

This was a four-night solo trip to Mérida, and I couldn't have been happier with my accommodation choice. A well-appointed room with a firm mattress, a great shower with a high showerhead, and a second door to the suite providing direct access to the rooftop deck with its pools for cooling down in the afternoon. It includes an in-room refrigerator and safe as well. The restaurant in the hotel was great for when I wanted to stay in for breakfast or dinner and they also have a few agave spirit...

The friendliness of the staff was beyond expectations.

Truly delightful stay. Comfortable and stylish accommodation, extraordinary terrain with historical buildings full of artistic and vintage artifacts. Secluded yet safe. with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent food in the onsite restaurant. Great for walking around, where birds, iguanas and even monkeys can be spotted. Impressive seiba trees. Artisan pottery souvenirs can be purchased directly from the artist.

Beautiful property and with the rooms being clean and comfortable. We attended a brunch on the Sunday representing Yucatan foods which was outstanding. Definitely would recommend and return to this hotel.

The staff is awesome. Book a spa day on your arrival, you won’t regret it.

Amazing rooms. Beautiful hotel. Amazing cocktails and food… truly amazing service…. but… No coffee in your room or alcohol in the minibar so maybe bring your own. Maybe we should have called for room service. It is so close to the ruins and right on the lake. Lovely walks around the city. Definitely will be going back. Such a treasure.

After reading the reviews we stayed here for a night on our way to Valladolid. And it was amazing. you are really in the middle of nature. they have a small pool area, lots of nice walking around and cute displays to discover. They also have two cenotes on side: a cave cenote - amazing to go all the way down, with an underground river, with a small boat in case you want to row around (but you can also walk around). The other Cenote Antiguo goes in and is open and you are in the middle surrounded...
