We stayed in the family glamping suite for one night and our only regret was we didn’t book it for longer. Everything was amazing!! The staff, service, accommodations, everything was perfect. The manager Amado was also very attentive making sure everything was ok for us. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to book it again and tell all our friends.

So well maintained and unique. Delicious, high end food at all the each of their restaurants. The staff in particular were exceptionally well trained, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Exceptional!! This brand new property is Above & beyond This amazing property exceeded our expectations. Booked for 3 days and extended our trip to enjoy at total of 16 days. The staff is amazing! This was a four-night solo trip to Mérida, and I couldn't have been happier with my accommodation choice. A well-appointed room with a firm mattress, a great shower with a high showerhead, and a second door to the suite providing direct access to the rooftop deck with its pools for cooling down in the afternoon. It includes an in-room refrigerator and safe as well. The restaurant in the hotel was great for when I wanted to stay in for breakfast or dinner and they also have a few agave spirit...

Truly delightful stay. Comfortable and stylish accommodation, extraordinary terrain with historical buildings full of artistic and vintage artifacts. Secluded yet safe. with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent food in the onsite restaurant. Great for walking around, where birds, iguanas and even monkeys can be spotted. Impressive seiba trees. Artisan pottery souvenirs can be purchased directly from the artist.

Beautiful property and with the rooms being clean and comfortable. We attended a brunch on the Sunday representing Yucatan foods which was outstanding. Definitely would recommend and return to this hotel.

Had to book this last minute due to flight cancellations and change in my trip plans. They were incredible, service was great and accomodating, with super clean and beautiful rooms,. Would highly recommend this hotel !

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Merida. The location is the best you could find in the middle of everything. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were disappointed with the pool as it’s basically a dark hole in the ground and did not look clean (we didn’t go in). The bathroom is a half wall so unless you are single, it’s not very practical. This Hacienda was recommended by a good friend of mine in Merida. I stayed for 8 nights in the Casa Maya, right at the beginning of the Botanical Garden, close to the pool and the main building. This was a really beautiful and unique hotel. Excellent breakfast at the hotel. Amazing and beautiful pool and garden area. We had the suite at the front of the hotel which was very unique - that part of the hotel is over 300 years old. We had wooden window coverings that opened to the street. This did make it loud at night, but we were tired and slept well. The suite has so much space. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
