"Really nice hotel for a weekend stay in Melbourne. Used a roller bed for adult daughter that was quite hard and not very comfortable. Service very good and aria bar drinks were very generous. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This is THE hotel for country people when visiting Melbourne. At least four generations of my family (that I know about) have stayed here. The atmosphere is updated old world and relaxed, the rooms clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the location ideal."

" Initially the room they gave us had central AC which I could not operate and I was feeling suffocated in the room. But when I notified the reception, immediately they changed us in another room on another floor where I can control the temperature myself. The tram service was nearby. Overall the experience was great."

"The staff were lovely and helpful, had everything you needed maybe a few more pkts of coffee and sugar would be good. Shampoo and conditioner in one not a fan at all. Very convenient tho definitely would stay again"
