"The room and especially the view were spectacular. Very nice private beach, staff was so friendly and property was beautiful."

"Got stuck in STT a couple of nights when flights were cancelled due to Hurricane Erin. Staff were very courteous and accommodating, even as they were at work during a Cat 5 instead of at home with their families. Parts of the island flooded and were without power, but the Emerald Beach Resort had a generator and felt very safe. The restaurant and bar were delicious, and we even got a chance to walk the beach and play in the pool after the storm passed. Conveniently located near the airport was a plus for those in our party flying standby. "

"Our flight got cancelled at Airport and Windward Passage was there to save the day. Rooms were simple, yet clean. Staff was very caring and although the neighborhood was decent, the property was helpful. "

"The staff is awesome, they want only comfort and satisfaction. The food was the best I’ve had. There was a hurricane threatening with high winds but they delivered an awesome meal, I’ll be back."

Had an issue with my room I waited until the morning and the lady light skin with glasses.. remember this lady she is professional.. very helpful she help me with the issue very professional.. second time at this hotel very safe parking $25 per day but there is plenty of parking outside.. overall good hotel but great staff."
