"Our favorite spot on the whole island was our balcony! Watched turtles, iguanas, sailboats, a parasail in the distance. Nice shade and breeze, unbelievable view. 3 pools all with a view. Convenient bar and grill just a couple of buildings away. Margaritaville Bar and Restaurant next door was also convenient and good."

"Bluebeards has been around for a long, long time, settled on the mountainside overlooking Charlotte Amalie, and that view is not going away. The hotel itself is showing its age, but the owners are in the process of renovating the whole place. Still, even with the work only partly done it remains a great place to stay while visiting St. Thomas. "

"The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they offered a free ride to and from Magens Beach, although I wish that the time was a bit more flexible. The view of the harbor from my room was great. I was allowed to check in early because my room happens to be available and that was a plus. Overall, I enjoy my stay and I was treated well by the staff and local people. I will definitely visit again and give myself more time for the trip. I only stayed here a short weekend. "
