« The staff is the shining star of Emerald Resort. The resort is in need of updating, it has a great location and all the rooms face the beach but it is rundown. Which gives off as not being clean. At breakfast one of my travel companions' breakfast came with butter packets and one of the butter packets had already been used. Plus the sugar bowl had empty packets in it and the jelly packets had food smeared on the bottom which says they reuse them for other guests. »

« Air conditioning went out middle of nite, power in bath went out, shower flooded the floor thru the tile. No courtsey of refund considered. A tiny bottle of body wash. I used our own soap I had tossed in my bag. No restaurant now either. We had to take a cab to eat. »

« Love this resort. Perfect blend of beach, pool and activities. The staff and amenities were great - we had all the amenities of a hotel resort but felt like we had our own place all to ourselves. The condo was modern, equipped and beautifully decorated. We found it's central location perfect for everything - shopping, dinner etc. »
