Red Hook is also very close for shopping and eating. Only complains would be the toilets, bugs, and communication. Every time the toilet was flushed in the bedroom area, it would smell like rotten eggs afterwards- could be some issue with the plumbing. I also wish communication when we reached the villa was a little more clear as far as checking in. I was under the impression that we would meet with someone, but never did. We also killed a lot of mosquitos in the condo, however this might be expected when staying on an island. Fully stocked kitchen with tumblers for the beach. Perfect amount of space for my family great location, steps away from the beach as well as fine dining. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! The gated parking lot gave great assurance. Having 2, full bathrooms is a big plus and the condo is nice and modern. Communication from the property management company was great and, when we found a broken coffee maker, they had it replaced within an hour. Gorgeous beach right when you walk outside, two bars, pizza, store, and a coffee shop in the area. Amazing drinks. I wish there were more activities to do in the vicinity, but its okay! We love it here. The beach is great snd so close. It's quiet at night and lovely during day. Red Hook is close so if you need groceries or take the ferry to St John, it is convenient and doable. When we arrived, we noticed a small problem with plumbing. Goerty jumped right on the problem and had a repairman scheduled to come out immediately. It was great to have amenities on site so we didn’t have to worry about driving or getting a taxi. Concierge, Gorety met us in the parking lot. She provided a tour of the property and was available if needed. The outside of the property may be a turn off due age and simply the weather can be tough on the exterior; however you open the door and this place was amazing - nice upgrades throughout. The walk to the beach is 2 min - take your coolers, backpack cooler if you have one.
