There is a bit of a wait to be seated for breakfast since the waiters / waitresses have to be the hostess & bus the tables themselves, they could use more help. Bar tender at the bar is always polite & friendly, drinks are always made correctly. It would be nice if the bar was available later at night on the weekend."

"The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse area. "

"This hotel is beautiful. The dining options are many and the pool and gym are excellent. When we checked in the front desk gave us ear plugs because of construction going on. Luckily it didn’t bother our sleep at all! Every employee we interacted with was lovely! "
