« Our stay was perfect , absolutely welcoming . House was clean plenty of room for my guest and celebrated my mother’s 61st birthday. Not far from the casino . Beds are very comfortable, immediately walking into the homie vibes of taking the shoes off is a plus for me , the smell of essential oils . Everything you would need . thank you and appreciated letting us enjoy this beautiful home . We will be back soon , found our favorite get away »

« The kind of place you almost don’t want to review so it stays a best kept secret. But seriously, this was a great find. Spacious, clean, easy access, and a 4 min drive from Vernon Downs, where I was attending a conference. There were a nice amount of amenities for the price point. Good quality towels and toiletries. Comfortable bed with good quality pillows and bedding. Convenient check-in/out, parking, etc. Easy to connect to WiFi, Bluetooth shower speaker, and YouTube TV, thanks to thorough...

« A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply. The location is on a very quiet road but still close enough to every thing you might need. We will be booking this again next year if the...

« Myself and 3 of my daughters stayed the night as we celebrated my daughters 40th birthday playing Bingo at Turning Stone 12 minutes away. We all loved the comfy beds!! There was plenty of room to cuddle into the large sectional and watch some girly movies. Wish we could have seen the lake right there, but it was snowing to much for that. LOL Thank you Tanya!! »
