« We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The brita pitcher provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay again. »

« Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. Kathy and Ted Grey are wonderful hosts (this was our second stay at one of their cabins). The Greys are friendly and responsive with helpful suggestions for places to visit. « The place was clean. However, there was a note that said they can't guarantee the bedding was clean, and also to save sheets for the next guest? That was very off putting from the start. And the bed was covered in a plastic bag that was noisy whenever you moved. Although the place was somewhat secluded, there were no shades or curtains for privacy and to block the early morning sun. The water had a strong sulfur smell and not drinkable. Fortunately I had bottled water in the car. »

« My husband and I stayed one night and were very excited to stay in our first tiny house. We were quickly disappointed to find there was no body wash or soap. After inquiring and being told where extras were, to find there was none, the owner’s response was basically a lighthearted “I guess the previous guests took it with them and I’ll be sure to restock it in the future”. Not helpful for our stay at all. The toilet seat was broken, and its bowl disgusting. The bathroom door came off its track...

« Very clean and nicely decorated cottage. Suitable for a couple or a family with one or two younger kids. Pretty vineyard and hills right in front of cottage makes it a relaxing setting in nature. »

« The apartment was a great place for a quick getaway. The view of the lake was beautiful and the ability to use the firepit in the evening made our stay extra special. The apartment was clean with a functioning kitchen and close to several wineries. Host was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. »

« My wife and I had a great stay. Property from the outside was a bit intimidating but once inside It was beautiful. It was very well organized and clean and the hot tub was great. The mattress was too firm for our liking, causing night two to be split up between the two couches. The floors in the bathroom were also extremely slippery when wet and both my wife and I took a pretty nasty fall during the stay. Luckily there was a first aide kit with band aides ! »
