Nice, quiet and large room. Gym and sauna were very nice on the 20th floor. Being stranded in Taipei by the typhoon and coming here, it was disappointing to find they had nowhere they would let me just sit until check in time. This included them chasing me out of The Pearl lounge before I even had time to open the drink menu.

Had a very good 1 night stay with our kids. Very nice, modern hotel right next to the airport. It was connected to the outlet mall and aquarium and next to lots of stores and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything.

Nice counter staffs and guide us to the executive floor to check in. Hotel room clean with good spacey to keep your luggages laid out on the floor. Most convenient is the buffet breakfast with many varieties of choices. Ground floor stuffs are good to get taxi to go anywhere. On the whole it's a good relax stay.

There's free laundry that guest can use Room was cleaned daily and amnenities were replenished daily. Room was big enough to have your suitcase open and you can still walk around. Hotel was close to Taipei Main station - easy to travel to and from the airport and also other major tourist spots. Close to Mcdonald's, KFC and other convenient stores when you need a late night food
