1. Sofitel Al Khobar The Corniche

Sofitel Al Khobar The Corniche
1.0 star property
Al Khobar
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (323 reviews)
"Disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel is false advertising. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow, and I can't use it for work or entertainment. The room has outdated technology. For example, the TV isn't smart, so you can’t use your streaming accounts. Other guests smoke on a non-smoking floor and cook, and the smell invades your room. Housekeeping is bothered when you ask for help. Breakfast is below average and limited (a 5-star hotel without a proper coffee machine for example). But the gym is great....

"Property location was not good - too far away on the corniche and with the Formula One race track building right in front of the hotel took away from the view of the sea - the hotel entrance was very steep for cars to get to . Also there was no hot water in the bathroom in the morning . The staff at the reception were so so …. Not particularly engaging or helpful, but adequate . The good part were the staff at the dining restaurant- very helpful and friendly ."

Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah

Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was impeccable, from the moment you walk in you can smell and see how well maintained it is, check in was smooth, no waiting times. The room was large and clean, super comfy beds and premium bedding. The breakfast buffet menu was extensive and and the staff were super happy and helpful at all times . Location to Haram was very convenient as it was very close to the extension part."
