"Room was clean. No complaints here. Easy key pickup and check out. We felt safe here. There were lots of other tourists there- mostly older folks in a tour group. They were very friendly. "

"Tried to check in at 4pm, Issues with check in due to weather issues the day prior, but this was told this, just room was not ready. Waited till 5:20 for room/keys, went to room and it was still being cleaned. Waited another 20 minutes. Dot 2 drink tickets for the wait. Had the worst 2 beds I have ever seen/tried to sleep on in over 30 years of traveling the US. Dips in mattresses were horrendous. Not able to change rooms as "no other rooms available", supposedly, we saw a couple of other unoccupied room in same building. Maybe the per booked golfers get the good rooms. "
