"We used the place as a base to explore Fort Davis, Alpine, and Marfa. Went to Star Party at McDonald Observatory as well. This is a great location and the house is just a few blocks from downtown Fort Davis. House was great, even better than described online, and central air was huge blessing when temperatures hit 100 outside. Not much to do in Fort Davis though.
