It was clean and had all the essentials you need. It even had coffee for the guests to use. Bed was comfortable. The casita has only one room and a bath but the main room has a couch, dining set and TV along with the king size bed. The biggest negative is the bathroom is very small. It could use a shelf over the toilet to put your toiletries. Also needed is instructions on how to set the heat/AC. Suggestions are minor.
