"Pool and hot tub were under maintenance which was disappointing. Also our thermostat was broken and the room wouldn’t cool down with any regularity. The property was great and in great shape. Staff was great. You do have to pay for parking and breakfast though."

I had a hard time at first getting back to parking garage to get something out of the car, but the service number (Chelsea) responded very quickly and was very helpful.
