« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect »

« I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great. »

The split level layout made it easy for one of the older couples to only walk up a few steps to their bedroom after walking up the flight of stairs to get to the main floor. "Séjour de 3 nuits au centre de la ville . Pratique mais hôtel sans parking avec uniquement une option de service voiturier au prix de 50 USD jour. Je recommande le parking situé près de l'hôtel au prix de 25 USD jour. Accueil mitigé à l'arrivée, peu cordial à la réception. Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure prévue du Check in et bien que la chambre soit disponible , le réceptionniste a tenté de nous facturer un supplément. Malgré cela très bon hôtel , belle chambre confortable et bon petits déjeuners."
