"The staff was very nice. The issue is with the facility itself. I reserved two suites, one for us and one for friends we were traveling with. Our room was huge, good view and nice. Our friends had the same type room but the carpet was stained, the furniture was beatup and dirty. The worst was that they had thousands of ants in their bathroom. There were rooms in the hotel that had tape surrounding them? I was very disappointed and it looked like at one time this may have been a very nice place.."

"Room was not ready at appointed check-in time. Woman at front desk was rude and unapologetic. Was told I would get a text when the room was ready. Waited almost an hour and never got notified. Checked with a different person and managed to finally get our room."

"This old small room even i book premium 2 bed bathroom toilet problem service when i asked just provide the tool i have to fixed by myself, uncomfortable to stay on 3 nights"

"Unexpected delightful hotel. Reception area warm, clean and welcoming. Guest rooms larger than typical hotel room. Bathroom and vanity area very clean, well stocked. Room has mini fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable and all bedding clean and crisp. The most important feature was the small balcony and amazing view of the ocean. Stay included hot breakfast buffet with good options, standard buffet items. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Lots of food under bed and furniture. Was charged extra charges but I don’t know what for. All taxes and fees were suppose to be included. I don’t like how when I asked for places with a conventional breakfast and it popped up on the search with my requested criteria and they did not have this service. The staff that came to help when my daughter got sick in the room was very helpful and very friendly. "
