"The location was nice, in a gated community. We loved the pool with the slides and the bar. The home was comfortable for our family. We had some issues with check in but luckily it was resolved so confirm the details before arrival."

"I had a nice stay at occidental however I feel the resort should update the lighting on the resort. At nite it’s pretty dark. And they need to have make sure your rooms are stocked with wash clothes. I went several days begging for wash clothes. I had to use the hand towels to bathe. And thank god one of my friends from the trip gave me one because she had multiple. And they also need to have options to eat after 10pm. "

"Booked this vacation and was very skeptical given the extremely low price we paid. Was nothing but absolutely delighted. DO NOT listen to any of the reviews which are negative - clearly they are people who will never be happy. Resort is beautiful and very tastefully done. Plenty of poolside chairs and space.
