« Beautiful house, very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4. We could have brought several more kids with us! Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. Our only very minor issue was the need for warmer linens on the beds. The blankets were thin and we doubled them up and were fine. Vacation Nosara was very communicative and helpful with booking excursions and answering questions. Highly recommend this property! »

« The property is beautiful. It looks very much like high-end bungalows (in particular the master one) spread across the estate. The kitchen is also placed on a separate bungalow. The swimming pool with the view over the ocean was a treat per se. Two things: I highly advise it for families with teenagers or kids that can sleep independently in a separate bungalow (which means they would have to cross a part of the estate). « Casa Artistica was perfect for my family. We loved being able to walk to the beach and so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and surf shops. The layout was great for a family with 2 teens. Lots of space and privacy but nice communal spaces for togetherness! Tiny drawbacks: the construction going on next door and across the street was noisy and annoying. Also, the living room furniture was not super comfortable or set up well for TV viewing, but fortunately, we didn't do much of that!...

« This is a beautiful, very private property in easy walking distance from the beach and town. It’s very well appointed and well kept- spotlessly clean and everything in good working order. The kitchen has everything needed to make full meals at home. The trees around the property are full of wildlife and the pool was clean, beautiful, and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely return. »

« First, I did not realize how big this property was. It was recommended by friends who have stayed there and go often. Plenty big for a large family or two smaller families ideally to share the space and cost. The best parts, location, open space, small pool, and midday shade around the pool. « We loved the location of this VRBO as it was indeed walking distance to the beach 10 minutes in the heat & on the hill. It was quiet and pretty and it had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor showers for getting off salt, sand, and lots of dust. Access to a washer/dryer was nice, the pool was very cute, and we didn't need any more space as it was just the three of us and all we did there was shower and sleep and make coffee.The AC works but doesn't get "American cold" -- to be expected....
