"Beautiful property! I hope I can come back again next year. Location was roomy, quiet and safe. We walked to the beach every morning for a swim and then Bohdi for yoga. House was so clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and linens for swimming and pool lounging. Concierge was so so helpful with bookings and questions. Highlights were the snorkeling trip and Coffee farm experience with Kenneth. One of our best finds ever! Enjoy"

"This place was the best of both worlds. It was on a nice quiet street, but was easy walking distance to almost anywhere in town. Modern design, super comfortable, everything we could have needed. Steven was always around and very helpful with anything we needed. We also had a chef come each morning to prepare breakfast, which was amazing. "The home is a stunning as it looks in the photos and a great place for two families to play and relax. It a challenging walk to town when muddy and a large golf cart is highly recommended. The biggest complaint is that a fairly complicated house had no manual/directions/binder or any info. This required lots of unnecessary meetings (and wait times) with the prop mgrs. "Wonderful garden setting, just a quick 2 minute stroll to beautiful Playa Pelada. The small house was perfect for a couple and made an ideal retreat. Fantastic sunsets! Set in a Tico neighborhood with an easy walk to restaurants . . . Tonito's (Sara), Il Peperoni, Olga's, and La Luna. Certainly not the Four Seasons . . . so much more! "Stayed here for guys surf trip. Great layout for 3-4 individuals with own private sleep areas and common rooms. Plunge pool was great for quick cool down and hang out area. 5 min walk to Bodhi Tree yoga resort which had classes every hour plus great breakfasts. 10-15 min walk to town or can call tuk-tuk. House is on quieter side of town and 5 min walk to the beach. Ryan was great help with dinner and surf reservations and wealth of knowledge about the area. Would definately stay here again."

"We booked this casita for six weeks & the entire experience has left a really bad taste in our mouth. What you don't see in the listing photos are the internal issues of the house. The host, Karim, should not be renting this house as it's not in a condition to be rented. He boasts that the house was built in a month in a half, but the quick construction time reveals a slew of problems. The roof has termites & the interior of the house is covered in termite & wood dust on a daily basis....

"We were a party of 10, our family of 7 plus 3 boyfriends and we stayed for a week in February. I can not say enough about Casa Blanca and Nosara in general. The house is well kept, clean and comfortable for all 10 of us. Good beds, amazing pool area, jungle deck and upper deck where we played cards every night.
