4/10 Poor

"The pictures look better than the acutual property. The food on property was not very good and the portions were small. The game room had 40% of the games that didn't work. And the miniture golf room was closed an hour before the game room closed. At the on site market we went for ice cream, out of the 8 flavors they offered they only had 3. I asked for a bananna sundae they were out of banannas, so i asked for a brownie sundae and they were out of brownies, then i asked for a giant eclair and they were out of that too. My grandson ask for a strawberry shake and they were olut of strawberry ice cream. what made it worse is we went back the next day and they were still out of all the items from the day before. What good does it do to offer amenities that your guest can't use. I will never return or recommend this "Resort" to anyone. Javier Periu"

"Horrible. Every single item or experience is an extra fee or heavily monitored, effectively killing any relaxing vibe you might want for the high, "luxury" price you pay. This is a tourist trap extraordinaire. It made me feel like I was paying to be in a place trying to extract from me, not serve me. And yes, I did complain twice to the front staff about these issues - to stony faces and lame excuses that were canned and code for "we don't care." The resort fee is $60/day (which is not made clear on Orbitz, where I booked it), yet when I went in February the pool and all outdoor facilities - which is what the resort fee pays for - closed at 6pm. We were told it closes at "sundown," even though they clearly have outdoor lights for the whole outside facility. Want to swim in the evening or night? Nope. And if you dare to be in the pool at 6:01, there were six staff for every one guest to tell you to get out. You have to wear an armband everywhere you go. There is no coffee in the connected by long walks) to their coffee in the room. You can pay $10 for a cup of coffee at their coffee shop. But don’t try to drink it by the pool. Those seats and lounges require you to pay a fee, even in February when there was NO ONE there. If you don't want to pay, you can find a free lounge on the outer fringes. And if you try to sit without paying, there are staff to tell you to move immediately."

"We lost something there and it has been very hard to communicate with staff as they like to do everything by text and A?I assistant...not the homey feel it used to have as I've been going there my whole life as an owner and a guest."

"First- We arrived to be told there was no elevator to our building, that info was no where to be found on the website. I have a 2 year old and a huge beach wagon I would definitely never book somewhere with no elevator. The front desk staff were insanely rude. I was more than willing to pay to upgrade our room- which we did end up doing. She made it seem like I was trying to get a free upgrade. When asked where was our new room- she points to the wall and says “back there”..??? No help at all. The breakfast staff were not nice either. The staff in general are absolutely no help and not nice at all. Will not be staying again."
