Rooms serviced daily was nice. Beach ocean entrance to small manmade cove. Snorkeling good if waters smooth enough. Snorkle to the right for best results. Scuba has a deep wall drop about 100 meters out. Plenty of free loungers but no "real" beach.

We had a very a good experience with all the staff from the pool. Especially Pepin a very helpful young man. He was very informative and a great personality. Staff from the restaurants need to be trained to help customers. They weren’t very tentative and friendly.

This was my second time staying at Occidental and it was great. The food is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort is clean and well maintained. I am a certified diver and them having their own dock and dive shop is great. We will definitely be going back.

We have been to Jamaica at least 10-15 times and have stayed at several AI resorts throughout the island. Cons: This was my least favorite and I’d consider it a 3 star at best. Casa Mexicana is wonderful. The staff is great and so helpful. The breakfast is best on the island and really does start at 7am. Which is great when you have an early dive boat to catch. The rooms are clean and the AC is very good. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
