"Close to the beach, reasonable prices. "
Comfortable room but no storage space or luggage rack. There was what appeared to be an area that you could hang clothes but no hangers were provided. When we booked this room breakfast was included, this service stopped prior to our arrival and we were not compensated in any way.

"Great all around hotel"
Great hotel, clean, very comfy bed. "Hotel Tonight" listed it as "basic" but I'd say it is far better than that.

"Okay place to stay."
Place is okay, a few shady people are always in the parking lot at night. When they say it's a non smoking hotel room, that means cigarettes, not weed. Pretty much the only thing that I did there was sleep and shower, was busy at the beach most of the time. If you don't want to spend a fortune at the upscale places, this one is okay.

"Very Nice Hotel - But Beware of Hidden Charges"
This is a very nice and comfortable resort hotel, located along side a very pleasant beach and board walk. However, Hollywood itself is a relatively run-down area compared to other beach towns around the Miami - Ft. Lauderdale area. Our room was very nice, albeit a bit small. It was a front view room with a beautiful panoramic of the beach and the sun rise in the morning. However, the rooms to the side of the hotel (beach views) face directly at unpleasant views of nearby run-down hotels, with views of the beach and inter-coastal areas at the corners of your vision. The thing to keep in mind is that this resort has plenty of "hidden" expense that a guest might not anticipate. There is a $30 per day parking fee; a $29 per day resort fee; 12% in taxes; and food and drinks are easily twice the price that you would pay in typical restaurant or bar. My honest opinion is that this is a very nice hotel, but for the price and other costs, I might consider other options in the Miami region.

"pet friendliest "
This hotel loves dogs. They don't say pet friendly and then charge you $50. They don't even need notice that your bringing a dog. Also, it's super clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. For the price I would not go anywhere else.

Do your kids, like so many others, love butterflies and bugs? If the answer is yes, head down to Butterfly World.

It’s no accident that Butterfly World is wide in scope and meant for you to linger. Founder Ronald Boender was so inspired during his visits to butterfly houses in Europe that he came back to the States to create America’s very first butterfly house. These days, the park isn’t just home to hundreds of butterflies; it’s also the country’s biggest hummingbird aviary. For splatter of colour of a different variety, make your way to the Young At Art Museum. This hands-on art museum allows kids to build sand castles, paint masterpieces, and create their own puppets. It’s a popular spot for both visitors and locals, so you’re sure to meet fellow parents making new memories for their kids. If Sally and Johnny want to make sand castles on the actual beach, take them to Crandon Park. This is widely considered the best beach for families and is close to a splash foundation and playground as well as the waves.

When you’re ready to wash the sand off, head back to your family-friendly hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Whether you need a large suite to fit all of the kids’ stuff or a locale near the attractions, book a cheap deal on a hotel in Fort Lauderdale right here on

Skip yet another night in front of a screen and travel down to the land of surf and sea for a vacation the kids will never forget.
