« Had a great stay at the Margaritaville St. Thomas. The property was beautiful, clean & well maintained. My room was great & had additional amenities such as a kitchen, dishwasher, plates, silverware, sofa bed, patio etc.. The room was very spacious for my child and I. They are close to the local beach & has several pool options. The on site restaurant food was very good & there is a convenient store/coffee shop also online. I appreciate that. I would definitely visit again. »

« I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great! »

« AVOID!!!! When we showed up here we were informed they were sold out of all of the king rooms that we booked. Therefore they could not honor it. This was after a day of delayed flights and rough travel. The girl at the desk was basically zero help and not friendly at all. She told us the best they could do was put us in a room with two full beds. She offered to wave the $25 a day fee in order to make up for it…. The communication with the manager Leah, was excellent. During a rolling blackout, on the entire island, she guided us through the situation and was completely understanding. « We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. « 2h30 pour récupérer la clé de la chambre car après 18h il n’y a plus personne à l’office. Heureusement que expédia à un service irréprochable vis à vis du client. Comme il n’y a rien sur le site ou presque, il faut prévoir nourriture et boissons si on arrive tard et surtout le café du matin car au snack bar du site à 2$50 la petite tasse , ça reste vite en travers de la gorge. A part ces petits désagréments, le site et les chambres sont très correctes. »

« The area was conveniently located close by the ferry. I admire that there is an on-site restaurant along with 2 pools. Definitely gives vacation vibes and it is also conveniently located by the marina and the beach. The host wrote well written instructions and suggestions where I didn't even need to contact him.
