Emergency Use Very Accomodating
"Our flight got cancelled at Airport and Windward Passage was there to save the day. Rooms were simple, yet clean. Staff was very caring and although the neighborhood was decent, the property was helpful."

"Hotel tres bien situé à St-Thomas. Chambre rénovée, belle piscine, bar sympathique, 2 bons restaurants à la carte sur place. Seul bémol, le service à la chambre, nous attendons encore des serviettes propres!. Très bon rapport qualité prix, recomandons cet Hotel."
