The location is truly amazing — perched right above the water with sweeping, unobstructed views that are even better in person. We spent every morning and evening outside because the views were just that beautiful.The outdoor setup is incredible. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the steps leading straight down to the ocean felt like such a luxury. We also loved the separate lounging area with daybeds and chairs — there were so many comfortable spots to relax, read, or just take in the scenery.Inside, the villa was spacious and well laid out. We had a private chef one night and the kitchen was a great size for him to work in. We also rented the cottage on the property, which was a fantastic addition for the other family traveling with us. The double gates made us feel very safe, and the whole property was peaceful and private.The location couldn’t have been better. We were only five minutes from the grocery store and the town of Red Hook, so going out to watch NFL games at Bernie’s or grabbing dinner was super easy. It was also close to the marina for our boat day and only about a 3-minute drive to Sapphire Beach. I would definitely recommend renting a car — it made everything convenient.Our host, Marty, was wonderful. He met us when we arrived, showed us around the property, gave great recommendations, and was always just a text away if we needed anything. He truly made the stay even better."
