Ocean Point Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only
6/10 Okay
"Beware of this hotel. Front desk staff and manager tried to tell us we did not book an all inclusive option. The staff also tried to tell us the AI option listed on our receipt was for the hotel amenities, but NOT for food, beverages, and snacks, even though we paid an up charge during booking. I have never heard of such a thing! AI to use the pool and beach? After 2 hours on chats/phone calls to confirm our AI with Expedia, the hotel still did not care to fix the issue. Manager sat behind closed doors as my bf and I wasted our vacation time patiently trying to confirm emails got to them and were stated correctly. I really think they were just trying to make things difficult for us, as we later found out that this same thing was happening to other guests at check in too. This was a huge turnoff and we will never revisit this place. "

Cocobay Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
"Room was amazing as were staff"

Antigua Superyacht Marina & Resort
8/10 Good
"The staff were all very nice and welcoming and helpful. As for the room it looked like it had seen better days. The bathroom had cracked tiles and there was zero water pressure in the shower and at one point the water turned off all together. There was one single desk chair in the room and we had to bring in the balcony chairs inside just to have somewhere to sit down. I’m sure this room used to be nice when the hotel was first build but it looks like they haven’t done any refreshing or updating of the rooms since. Also we were kind of surprised at the lack of amenities. There was no pool. The gym was unavailable and there really just wasn’t anything on property other than the spa which we didn’t visit. A lot of money for a run down hotel. "

Hodges Bay Resort & Spa, an HQ Luxury Resort & Residences

"Great all around"

Antigua Village Beach Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Fabulous chilled complex right on the beach - laid back and lovely setting - large studio unit was perfect for us and the large balcony with the garden and sea view was also really special. Great location for local walks to Runaway beach Calving Heli tours and to St Johns brilliant restaurants close too so all round quite magical really!
Staff were superb too - helpful friendly and rally supportive to our needs."

Royalton Antigua, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
8/10 Good
"The property, including the rooms could use some repair. "

Jolly Beach Antigua - All-inclusive
2/10 Terrible
"This is a one star property. The staff is not Jolly and the property is not at all as promoted. There are significant maintenance issues along with terrible food. The only good thing is the beach but the chairs are dirty and worn. The rooms are awful and most a/c units don't operate properly. The bars are under staffed and you will wait in long lines for food and drinks at pool bar. "

St. James's Club Antigua - All Inclusive
4/10 Poor
"We were told we were upgraded to a villa. The villa was located at the opposite end of the property far away from the center of the resort where all restaurants and activities were. The villa was not clean when we got there. The shower curtain was in the sink, the floors and the kitchen were dirty and there were no comforters on the bed. The staff at the front desk were rude (specifically the evening shift). They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. "

Lord Nelson Hotel & Residences

"I didn’t get the room view I requested and no one in office to answer your question "
