Overall we loved our stay and would like to call out how lovely the majority of the staff were. Shamara initially checked us in and she was super helpful, polite and welcoming. Whislt we were there many of the staff (including Ivanna, Enrique and many others) were always so polite and smiley. It makes such a difference. We had a lovely taxi driver lrganised by the hotel named Michelle, she was great and reccomended lots of sightseeing opportunities/ things to do. 100% would reccomend the tirtle snorkelling at Green Island as tbis was a highlight. The food options were great and every other night there was entertainment which was nice.

SO MANY POOLS AND BEACHES TO RELAX EVERYWHERE. I ENJOYED EVERYTHING, FROM 730AM TO 1AM EVERYDAY. MS. MARINA, THE GM MADE MY STAY WONDERFUL. THANK YOU AO MUCH FOR THE BEST HOSPITALITY ANYONE HAS EVER SHOWN ME. I SEE WHY PEOPLE COME BACK EVERY YEAR. THIS PLACE IS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME, GENUINE CARE, PEACE AND TRANQUILITY IN ONE! Nice facility. Polite & accommodating staff. Very curious that the bars did have ingredients for standard drinks and drinks offered on their menus. Wi-Fi was off and on for our 9 days.
