"The host needs training on how to host and communicate with guests in a timely fashion. I was assured prior to renting that there was always running water, and hot water and there was not. I had to constantly call/text the host to get service for the water which didn't get resolved until 1 week into my trip. The house needs to be cleaned inside and out, especially the bathroom. "Everything was wonderful from the moment we got there. This getaway is only 7 minutes from the airport. The owner was so sweet. She gave us tips and recommendations for everything. We tried it all and loved every minute of our stay. The views are stunning!!! The sounds of the ocean were soothing and healing. This property is huge, but the service is exceptional and they are very attentive to all the guests needs. We will definitely be back. We rented a car and went everywhere that the owner recommended. She was an excellent guide to the island. Thank you so much for everything!!!"
