The resort is definitely ideal for couples seeking privacy and a peaceful getaway. The swim-out rooms are beautiful, and the views are absolutely stunning. However, the overall experience does not justify the price. My husband and I were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that washcloths were only available upon request and housekeeping services were provided every other day. Additionally, guests are responsible for transporting their own luggage to their rooms. For a resort that presents itself as a luxury destination, I expected a much higher level of service. The internet service was practically nonexistent throughout our stay. Another inconvenience was that the lobby closes at 9 PM and does not reopen until 8 AM. These limited hours are disappointing, especially when guests may need assistance during the evening. Guests are prohibited from bringing food into their rooms due to concerns about birds and other wildlife. Ironically, these are the same animals that constantly invade your dining experience at the resort’s only restaurant. With just one restaurant on the property, food options are extremely limited, leaving guests with very little variety throughout their stay. To make matters worse, the resort only provides one bottle of water per person. We had to leave the resort to purchase bottled water. For the price, basic necessities like drinking water should be included.

Everyone at Galley Bay is very friendly and helpful. The Hot Stone Massage at the Spa was wonderful! Delicious food at all restaurants. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a laid back, quiet, resort to relax and unwind.

Me and my wife went for her birthday they set up something for her birthday was beautiful. I appreciate everything. The staff did. They treat us like Kings and Queens and I will be back thank y’all for everything.
