Safe yourself the worries… we did not have a good experience… from the time we got to the front desk it was unpleasant. Nothing works properly…from the shower to the room phone the safe lock the AC the ice cream machine always out of certain drinks could never get a reservation at restaurant. Most of the staff is un aware of what’s going on a lot of misleading information, must refill your water bottles or pay extra for water I can go on and on but I will stop here. The only friendly people are the ones that picks up your plate and the people that works with the water activities and our house keeping lady was nice. No smiles no hello no good morning, room service is never available. It was bad go at your own risk if you’re looking to have a good time this is not the place to be

We had the most unforgettable honeymoon at COCOS Hotel Antigua. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and treated like family. The staff went above and beyond to make every moment special. Their kindness, attention to detail, and friendly smiles made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh local flavors and incredible oceanfront dining that we looked forward to every day. Watching the sunset from our cottage, relaxing on the beautiful beaches, and simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings created memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. COCOS Hotel gave us the perfect balance of romance, relaxation, and authentic Caribbean hospitality. If you’re looking for the ultimate honeymoon destination, we can’t recommend COCOS Hotel enough.
