Excellent service, staff and accommodation. Beautiful resort in paradise

The island was gorgeous. The hotel as a whole is somewhat lacking in my opinion. For an all inclusive hotel, the lack of replenishing of in room amenities was minimal. For only having one restaurant for breakfast and dinner the options were very limited; especially for dinner since the beach grill closes at 5:30. Although you were able to get as much of the food you desired, if you did not like the item menus there was no alternative. Additionally, when eating at the beach grill menu items were often not available. When heading out for the day, if you did not get to the beach/pool early you would not receive a towel for the day. Additionally, the walk from the beaches and restaurant is more of a hike than a walk. It can be strenuous with the heat and dangerous if raining or not in proper shoe wear. Even after researching the different resorts and hearing from people's experiences, I feel it did not give a true depiction on what is available or the hotel as a whole. It is definitely a place to disconnect and recharge.
