« We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. « Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! »

« Places like this really make our family vacation with 3 kids the BEST. Plenty of space, very clean but not in the way that makes me nervous about having my kids around. The amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. Location was close to the museums and sights. Not walking distance, but still quite close. The owners were quick to respond and kind. Would stay again! »

« The property was exactly as pictured, and all of the furniture was quite comfortable. Plenty of towels as well, which is not always the norm when traveling. The boys enjoyed the roof top pool after long days at camp, and then we walked into town each night for dinner. Would definitely book again. »

« This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! « It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. « My husband and I and our bunny stayed here the hottest week of the year for 4 nights and we were grateful to have been kept cool with no issues. The A/C in this unit has been well tested. The condo is secluded and private with all types of wildlife present. We saw deer, a black squirrel, a bunny, birds galore, etc. The unit was clean and cool when we checked in. Check-in was super easy as was check out. The pictures of this condo are 100% accurate. The view is so beautiful you won't want to...
