"We had a small bachelorette trip and it was the perfect location. Just right up one flight of stair and a quick walk across the parking lot to the beach. It was very safe and everything was as described. Check in and out was very easy. I also slept on the pullout sofa and it was one of the most comfortable pullout sofas I’ve slept on. It was a great stay for us."

"Great for families. A playground with sand right next to the tennis courts, and the beach is a 5 min walk away. We brought scooters for the kids, which was perfect. Fully stocked with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again!"

"This villa is really Nice decorated and comfortable. For the rental price, we would have appreciated beach towels available, as well as a basic kitchen kit (salt and pepper). One of the bedrooms is really noisy du to the AC close by. "

"The unite was very nice and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only thing we found that needs attention was the air ducts need to be cleaned some had mold on them and the one in master bed room was not working. But over all a very nice stay will most definably use you again."

"It was a nice place with a good pool and a nice beach. I was a little disappointed that the dishwasher was broken during our stay. With our family of five, it was a pain to do the dishes by hand. The beds were very comfy and the shower was nice. I also liked being able to easily walk to IOP. My only other wish was for more beach stuff available in the condo for the kids to play with. "Loved closeness to the beach! Kitchen supplies were not good, bedding poor quality, ice maker didn’t work, broken lights in master bedroom. Probably wouldn’t stay there again 😞"

"I can’t say enough great things about Kiawah Island and this villa was perfect - so close to the beach, just a short few steps across the property. Kiawah was one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen - wide expanse, not crowded even on a holiday week. Paradise! The villa was easy to access and had just what was needed for a great few days."

"We booked 2 nights at the last minute. The location to the beach was perfect and condo was walking distance also to a well stocked store. Check in was very easy . Owner Brendan was very quick to respond when I had a question about check in and our overall experience was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils , glasses ,Etc. Overall this was a very comfortable accommodation. We would not hesitate to rent here again"

"Susan and Charlie were amazing hosts! We came for the Highwater Music festival and this property was a great sanctuary away from the crowds. So clean and comfy. They even had beautiful fresh flowers waiting for us. The pool was lovely and the view of the marsh was so nice. And we loved the doggies and kitties! Thank you for a great stay!"

"The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. "

"This is a cute property in a great location! It was modern and clean. It even had a washer/ dryer if you need it. Everything is done via technology, from check in to parking, to check out. They did have staff on site to help navigate all of it and she was super helpful. The one lane entrance/ exit was the only downfall. "
