It’s just one of the many ways we’re elevating your experience with CHC Vacation Rentals. This rental is a two story villa and an incredibly serene and relaxing space. On the first floor there is a small kitchenette, bistro table that seats 2, luxurious living space with pull out sleeper sofa, and half bath. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and induction cooktop. Please note there is no traditional oven or dishwasher. Sleep comfortably in the king size bed upstairs and enjoy the peaceful natural light that beams through the windows surrounding the entire second floor. Guest Access: Guests have the entire rental to themselves. The courtyard and heated pool are shared. The Neighborhood: The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Nice small rectangular pool behind next door neighbors that is shared between 3-4 other tenants. I guess most places in this area are the same being built in 1800s when people were much smaller.I wish we were advised to bring smaller vehicle as the alley is a bit tight for large suv . The home was spotless, and the location was perfectly centered to everything. It was so peaceful that we actually had some of the best sleep we’ve ever had. Felt like we were sleeping in the trees. I had asked for months in advance for early checkin (earlier than 4p) as I had a wedding event at 5p. I didn’t receive a text that the property was ready until after 4p. Downstairs is a little worn - sofa/ rug especially. Small kitchen needs some counter or just a regular toaster not a toaster oven. I agree that the blinds need to be more private.
