For your next best vacation at Isle of Palms, you can opt for this luxurious, spacious, and modern condo. Situated in the resort area of Wild Dunes, the condo features three bedrooms and three full baths to accommodate up to eight guests. Get ready to enjoy all the amenities as offered by the Wild Dunes Resort area. You can enjoy bike riding while admiring the ocean views. The resort area offers many restaurants, cafes, golf courses, play areas, and numerous hiking and biking trails. Inside the condo, the large windows in the living room and bedrooms open to a scenic view of the ocean. There is plenty of natural sunlight flowing into the condo so you can have a great time both indoors and outdoors. Features like modern artwork, high ceiling, premium flooring, and luxurious furnishing all add a unique touch to this relaxing vacation home. We focus on every single detail so you can feel at home. The condo has three bedrooms with different bed styles such as king, queen, and twin beds. Each of the bedrooms have ambient lighting, large windows, and comfy beds. Enjoy a good night's sleep before stepping out for all the fun adventures. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bathtub, cabinets, and premium quality fixtures. We offer a starter kit of toiletries to help you get started with all the basic necessities. Grab fresh linen and towels for your convenience. As we handle all the basic requirements, you can concentrate solely on having lots of fun. Convenient location is one of the key highlights of the area. It means you can find plenty of restaurants and food joints serving fresh local seafood close to the condo complex. But if you prefer the flexibility of preparing meals at home, this property also features a full kitchen. Finally, Seascape Villas are located in Wild Dunes Resort. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from mid April to October 1 depending on the weather and maintenance. This is a private Resort of 1600 acres. Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Best in the State”, Island Adventures recreation programs for children and families, and two miles of bike trails. The Links Golf Course Clubhouse is adjacent to property for golf enthusiasts. The Harbor Course is only a short drive from condo. This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! The unit is a two-bedroom unit with a loft that overlooks the living room that has two beds. It is NOT a three-bedroom unit. The balcony photos make the balcony look a lot larger than it really is. On top of that, a realtor knocked on the door in the middle of the week to show the unit to a potential buyer telling me that it is for sale and the owner told her to just go in. We had no notice. The kids loved everything and it is also close to Huey’s for a bite to eat. The only suggestion is the maid service should vacuum under the couches. Lots of extra pillows, blankets, games, books! Kitchen better equipped than anywhere we have stayed. Didnt realize 3rd Bedroom was an open loft with no privacy. Were aware of renovations and pool closure but didnt expect the extent. Our balcony view was obstructed by scaffolding and no access to pool loungers. Lounger cushions were on the balcony but no loungers. Parking was limited as well. Checkout process was easy! ##### Jan P. The unit was outdated showing wear and tear from the rusted outdoor table with extremely limited/mismatched glassware, etc. We even struggled to find basic necessities -- even a pen and pad of paper (as it was not there.) The building is under construction with no use of pool restrooms and the pool itself was full of sand, one broken umbrella not even on a stand, etc. As well, the unit is full of a types of warning signs and requirements, etc. lacking a customer-friendly experience. On the plus side the realty associates were a helpful as possible in such an unfavorable situation. Unfortunately I would not recommend this rental -- from the listing we anticipated a great vacation spot and wer e sadly disappointed. ##### Nancy R. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view is great, loved having the table outside for patio dining. Kids loved the pool in addition to the beach, getting to both is so close and easy.
