Community Pool! Great View Looking at Beach! Escape to Isle of Palms in this adorable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with sweeping views of the majestic Atlantic Ocean. Besides having fantastic ocean views and a great location, you'll also be in the Wild Dunes Resort, where you can reserve a tee time at the renowned golf course or book an upscale treatment at the Sand and Sea Spa. With brand new features as of March 2021, including a remodeled kitchen and new appliances, this condo offers some of the finest in oceanside luxury! Walk inside the home and you'll find the open concept space with the kitchen, dining, and living area, with wide arched windows at the end of the room that look out to the ocean. First, you'll encounter the kitchen, with bright cabinets, sleek countertops, and a pristine, white-tiled backsplash. High-quality stainless-steel appliances let you cook up your own homemade dinners, or casual snacks such as fresh cut fruit with your breakfast. There's also a Keurig coffee maker for your morning joe! Convenient counter seating with three stools complements the formal dining set just past the kitchen, which can seat six. Continue to find the living space, with plush blue furniture surrounding a large flat screen TV. Elegant décor with a beachy flair creates a luxurious space to relax, while views from the arched windows will take your breath away when you catch a glimpse of the ocean beyond. A high-top bistro set by the windows is a great place to sit and enjoy a meal with a view of the water and the sparkling pool down below. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony, where you can revel in the ocean breeze. The balcony has a well-made outdoor dining set that can seat four, along with two sun loungers where you can lay back and soak up the sunshine. When you're in the mood to take a swim, this property features access to community amenities like the beautiful oceanside pool and beach path. The master bedroom features a private entrance to the balcony, so you can step out and admire the ocean anytime of the day or night. Featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with double sinks, this room is a perfect picture of an oceanside retreat. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom, so there's not a bad room in the house. If you need extra space, the sofa folds out into a queen size bed, and there's a single sleeper sofa in the queen bedroom! Finally, Seascape Villas are located in Wild Dunes Resort. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from mid April to October 1 depending on the weather and maintenance. This is a private Resort of 1600 acres. Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Best in the State”, Island Adventures recreation programs for children and families, and two miles of bike trails. The Links Golf Course Clubhouse is adjacent to property for golf enthusiasts. The Harbor Course is only a short drive from condo. No golf carts allowed on the property at any time! ​​​​​​​A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWEL (1), BATH TOWEL SETS (8 bath towels), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (6) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival. \*As of 10/24/2025, due to work being performed on the dunes from significant beach erosion, the beach gate at SeaScape Villas will be locked. During this time, guests can access the beach through the public beach access, just a short 5 minute walk from the Villas. We visited mid-August, and the beach was quiet and peaceful. We saw dolphins! We received excellent communication on access to the condo, amenities, and other helpful information. We brought our bikes, and we were happy to find a covered bike rack. A paved walking/bike path winds a bit over 5 miles through the community. ##### Michele N. The condo is right on the beach. My parents only had to walk 20 ft from the building to get to the beach and this was a huge plus for us. The condo is in a gated community, which was nice because the beach wasn’t very crowded. The condo did run a bit warm and the owners requested not to lower the thermostat below 73\. We prefer the inside temp around 70, so we were a bit warm during our visit. However, the cleanliness and location of the condo is superb and we would stay here again. ##### Edward P. The space was clean and had plenty of room for three people. We also thought the supplies given, like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc., were more than we have had at other rental units in the past. We appreciated this. The view of the ocean was spectacular! We could not believe how close we were, and the sounds of the ocean waves every night while sleeping were magnificent. Our only complaints are, that when we arrived, we found the pool was closed and drained. It was getting a total overhaul. This was a disappointment to our 17-year-old daughter, who was excited to sunbathe. I wish someone would have told us this before our stay. Also, in the primary bedroom, there were only two pillows on the bed with pillowcases and one decorative pillow. There were 5 or 6 pillows in the closet on the shelf, but with no pillowcases on them. So, we could not use them. Any king bed should have a minimum of four pillows on the bed. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would recommend the unit to others.
