114 Ocean Blvd sits on 1.5 landscaped oceanfront acres on the Isle of Palms, with the Atlantic on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. Four full-width porches take it all in, and on a clear day the view toward the ocean reaches past historic Fort Sumter to the Morris Island Lighthouse. A short boardwalk leads straight to the sand, and at low tide the beach opens up with sandbars and tidal pools to explore. With seven bedrooms sleeping up to 24, the home is made for large, multi-generational groups.

Outside, the home works like a private resort. The first level holds the infinity-edge pool, which looks right out over the ocean, along with a grill and wet bar platform for poolside meals. On the beach side, a large screened porch sits on the first level, and a spiral staircase climbs to an oversized sun deck up top, the best seat in the house for sunrise and sunset. On the street side, a full-size basketball court is ready for a pickup game, and a gated driveway holds up to seven cars. After a beach day, rinse off in the shower and locker room tucked under the screened porch.

Inside, the style is warm, classic, and understated. The first level includes a great room, a sitting room, and a large informal dining area, with plenty of room for the whole group to gather or spread out. The kitchen is built for big meals, with a multi-level granite island, a gas cooktop, several spots to pull up a seat, Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezer, an ice maker, and custom pantry cabinetry. An elevator connects the levels.

The bedrooms are spread across both floors. On the first level, a second primary suite has a king and a queen, and a guest room has a king. Upstairs, three of the five bedrooms face the ocean. The primary suite has a king and a queen, ocean views, and direct access to the upper deck. Next door, the kids' room has twin beds, a game table, a small refrigerator, and a large flat-screen TV. The third oceanfront bedroom has two king beds, a private bath, and its own access to the upper deck. Two more bedrooms face the front yard, one with a queen and a twin and the other with a king and a twin. Five full and two half baths keep things moving.

High-speed WiFi, a full-size washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, and starter supplies are all provided. The setting is quiet, yet Isle of Palms' shops and restaurants, Sullivan's Island, and downtown Charleston are all within easy reach.

- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
- An elevator is available for guest use; however, as with any mechanical system, occasional maintenance may be required and availability cannot be guaranteed during your stay.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
