One row back from the beach! This ocean view, 9 bedroom 6 and a half bath house is loaded with amenities for your family retreat. Charm and coastal style are found throughout this beautiful vacation home which has an in ground pool, large yard with cornhole court, putting green, and more. A New Smart TV is mounted in living room, the screen porch floor refinished, new shiplap throughout and existing hardwood floors refinished! The first floor is host to 5 spacious bedrooms with 4 baths. Three bedrooms offer king beds, and three of the bedrooms have on suite baths. The third king bedroom shares a bath with the 2 twin bedroom. The 5th bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath. A spacious porch overlooking the putting green is accessed by two of the bedrooms on the first floor. Elevator access is provided from the garage level to the third floor. The second floor has a large open floor plan allowing family to relax and enjoy the kitchen, dining and living room. This home has plenty of seating with its two dining room tables (seats 20) and bar seating for 3 off the kitchen, making planning meals and activities a breeze. The living room features a brand new sectional and offers access to the huge porch where you can enjoy meals or relax with the gentle ocean breeze. The fully stocked kitchen has been renovated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and new appliances making cooking on vacation easy. The master bedroom is also on this floor with a large bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The master suite has private access to the porch. A kids bedroom has a bunk bed with twins, and shares the bathroom with the king master. The kids bunk room is accessed by going through the master bedroom and has a single over single bunkbed. On the third floor you will find an additional living space with a new sectional couch and a large screen tv, a bedroom with two twins, a bedroom with one queen and a large private bath with a separate tub/shower combination. An amazing rooftop deck is accessed from the media room where you can enjoy a cool beverage from the wet bar as you watch sunrises and sunsets over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Making family memories is a breeze with the large swimming pool, new ping pong table, putting green and a gas grill. Amenities for the young to the old. The home has lots of parking and an outdoor shower. This house fits a lot of people and is also well stocked for the amount of people it can hold (pots, pans, plates etc). We stayed here with my elderly parents and a person in a wheelchair. The elevator worked for them (once doors properly shut) and there was space for 19 of us. It does echo a lot because there are very few textiles, I assume due to sand. Some of the bathroom doorways are very narrow, which is not great for a wheelchair, but the main floor master with the powder room sufficed. The walk to the beach is so easy and we also enjoyed our equipment rental by ordering bikes. It was the perfect family reunion house and we appreciate the management's communications with us. Some of the main floor furniture is showing some wear, but overall, we felt lucky to be there: the beach was beautiful & Carolina One really looked after us well; they were responsive and kind. Convenient location close to the beach and centrally located within Isle of Palms. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces, including the pool. Check-in and check-out were very easy. One thing to note, there is only a small amount of toilet paper, paper towels, hand/bar soap, and shampoo/conditioner, so you may need to bring your own. I would have hoped for more from a listing/house this nice, but this is a relatively minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Overall, our group had an excellent time and we would stay here again! ##### Jared T. The house was very clean up in arrival. The property manager was very responsive when called. The beach was close within walking distance but recommend renting a golf cart to cart beach supplies. The property was perfect for our large group of friends, each with their spouses/children. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was a great escape for the kids when we returnwd from the beach. A longer drive than expected to downtown Charleston (\~25min), but our group mainly stayed at the house. Highly recommended! ##### Kieran L. Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Irina Z. 27 sept. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Family reunion We had a great time: loved the house, its location within walking distance to the beach, comfortable and clean beds,, roomy common area, large kitchen, pool, etc. there were a coupleof things that would be great to improve. 1\. Stove is terrible, ignition does not work and when you finally ignite it, there is a smell of gas. Definitely needs to be replaced. 2\. Supplies for kitchen, such as paper towels and especially garbage bags are very limited. It is very inconvenient and , considering the size of the house and price of the rent, feels “cheap”. 3\. One of the rooms advertised as a bedroom is actually a closet of the master bedroom converted into a tiny bedroom with a bunk bed. You can only get into that room through the master bathroom. Again, overall we enjoyed the house very much. ##### Irina Z. The bedrooms were plenty and well appointed. Some upkeep from the season probably needs to happen, but overall it was clean and well worth the stay! It was so cool and windy, the beach wasn’t an option some days, but the pool and all the outdoor toys kept us all entertained.
