"This property (although run down) was so much fun. Your room overlooks the water and we saw a momma and baby manatee right by the retaining wall. The restaurant was incredible with more amazing views. Food and drinks were top notch. We loved having everything we needed in one spot. There is construction next door, and it looks like they are about half way finished, but we enjoyed the charm of a simple two story hotel. The shower head was very low and the pillows were a bit flat, but the benefits outweighed the negatives. It was inexpensive and checked the box for us."

"Adorable, clean cottage with all the necessities. Super quiet and pretty neighborhood, close to Crystal River City and outdoor activities. Very pet friendly community. Will definitely visit again with my 2 pups."

"It is a beautiful place. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. It came with everything we needed like kitchen essentials and shampoo and stuff. The decoration was nice too. Location was incredible, close to a shopping area and super close to the lake and nature preserves for manatees. Manager was super kind and helpful. 100/10 would come here again"

"We were in a new room. The AC tended to blow very cold on the bed. Apparently the air flow direction could be controlled, but the controller was not explained. The multi-spray shower was a novelty but also confusing to manage. Overall, the facility was unique and enjoyable."

"Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, staff was kind, easy check in, room was quiet and comfortable. Pool was cold but it didn't slow the kids down at all. Great location on the edge of town. "
