Welcome to our stunning riverfront retreat in Homosassa Springs, Florida! Nestled amidst a picturesque landscape of wildlife, palms, cypress trees, and the tranquil river bank, this property is an oasis of natural beauty and luxury.  
  
Prepare to be mesmerized by the abundant wildlife that graces the area, as you wake up to the serene sights and sounds of nature. With panoramic views of the river, you'll have the privilege of observing the graceful manatees and dolphins that congregate to the natural spring fed nearby. It's an experience you won't want to miss!  
  
Step inside and discover a kitchen that will make any chef's heart skip a beat. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an abundance of counter space, it's a culinary haven where you can create delicious meals and entertain friends and family with ease.  
  
The upstairs floor plan was designed for your comfort for the whole crew, totaling 4 bedrooms - with two identical full master suite bedrooms on the West and East side of the home, both equipped with King size beds. The master suites are both river view facing. Each master suite has a connected full bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are also each on the West and East side of the home. The regular size bedrooms includes a front facing view and a king size bed.   
  
The full size king beds will sleep 8 people at 2 people per bed with a total of 4 beds. If you have more than 8 guests in your party there are 2 premium high quality queen size blow up mattresses that you can use at your disposal.  
  
The balcony offers an idyllic spot to unwind and soak in the breathtaking river views. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or savoring a glass of wine at sunset, the tranquil ambiance will leave you feeling rejuvenated.  
  
Downstairs, you'll find a game room that is sure to delight both kids and adults alike. Challenge your loved ones to a lively game of ping pong creating lasting memories of laughter and friendly competition.  
  
This home is equipped with an elevator that you may use at your convenience.  
  
The backyard is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. With a spacious dock at your disposal, you can park your boat and explore the river at your leisure. And after a day on the water, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower before settling down on the comfortable patio furniture. There's even ample space in the yard for playing games, ensuring everyone can make the most of their time outdoors.
