Resort Style Pool, Dock, Pickleball, Kayaks, + so much more!

  • As you open the front door, you’ll be walking into a private paradise with a pool (heated is optional during colder months) and easy access to Crystal River and the Gulf from your own private pier.
    INDOOR AMENITIES:
    Kitchen: Gourmet Kitchen with all your cooking needs: Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (drip), microwave, updated refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, dishware, silverware, bakeware, pots, pans, blender, cooking utensils, and toaster. Total seating between kitchen and dining table is 14.

    Home Theatre: Custom Stadium Seating for 10, Amazing Sound System, and commercial style popcorn machine for the real "movie-style" experience.

    Game Room: Ping Pong table, mini bar, and card table with board games and cards.

    Comforts: Three separate temp controls for comfort on different floors of home, on-demand hot water, A private office area. WiFi included. Washer/Dryer available and linens/towels provided. Smart TV’s provided in Living Room, Family/Common Room, and all bedrooms = 7 total

    Home Layout: Main Floor: Master with spacious jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, kitchen, guest/pool full bath, home office, game room, living room, laundry room, dining room, common area. Upstairs: Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, a family room with a pull-out queen couch, a full bath, and theatre room.

    OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
    Backyard: Resort Style Pool with large very private backyard. Heated pool is optional during colder months. Limited pool towels provided as well as floats for the pool. Pickleball Court, large gas grill (propane included), 65” outdoor Smart TV, corn hole, and fenced in back yard. Outside has 20 seating options.

    Privately owned Dock/Pier (in front of house) on Canal: Great fishing - Bring your fishing poles and/or boat (27 ft or less). 4 Kayaks provided with life jackets.

    Parking: No more than 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed. No parking in the lawn.

    Fun fact: The home is conveniently located less than 2 miles from golfing, boat launches, boat rentals, a beach, fishing, Marina, and hiking trails. When ready to explore, Crystal River has so much to offer which includes swimming with the manatees, fishing, scalloping, air boat tours, state parks, boat rentals, excellent restaurants and much more!

All I can say is Wonderful!!! The hostess was the kindest, most responsive, best you could every ask for. Everything about the house and all the amazing extra's was perfect. We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool, pickleball court, and movie theater. We had a superb stay at this luxurious home! The pool was ideal for my kids and the hot tub was wonderful for the grown-ups. The ping pong table and indoor movie theater were major hits for all. Great stay for a long weekend with all our family. Something to do for everybody - swim, play basketball, we had a family ping pong tournament and watched movies in the large theater room. Beautiful, Private, Home on the Water

Just the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away! The pool and hot tub are fantastic and we had a great time fishing off the dock and kayaking in the canals. Wonderful location! Close and convenient to everything but still incredibly private and serene, surrounded by the gorgeous marsh. The theater and popcorn machine were also a total bonus. We’ll definitely be back next time we are in the area.

The property is beautiful and and very relaxing. The outdoor amenities which include a pool, spa and basketball court are amazing. The property truly does make you feel as if you are staying at your own resort. The property manager was great to communicate with and was very informative and responsive. This home was beautiful online but even better when we arrived! It sat on a gorgeous piece of property with beautiful views! The house was large and comfortable and the movie room was jaw dropping! We also enjoyed the large swimming pool and had plenty of room for entertaining on the deck and patio. Then only negative was us having to leave too soon! We will be back for sure!

A Crystal River gem!

Cathrine’s property is stunning! It is has every amenity you could ever want or need. It is very private and secluded while still being close to many attractions and stores. We had so much fun hanging out by the pool, playing ping pong and basketball, watching movies in the movie theater, grilling and taking our boat out. It truly feels like your own private resort! Check in and check out was seamless and communication with the host was effortless. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Friendsgiving 2024

Beautiful property and an amazing host! This house allowed my blended family of 4 kids, to each have a friend accompany them for the weekend. We had 8 kids, ranging from 9-17 years old, and two adults under one roof and we never felt cramped. We had so much fun. The only set back was the hot tub was out of commission but Catherine sent sent someone out immediately the part had to be special ordered. o be ordered.
