"I had a wonderful three-month vacation here. The house is just as stated, with everything that I needed. The backyard is enclosed for a pet. There is a golf cart included. The hosts are so attentive, want everything to be perfect for one's stay. I couldn't of asked for a better location. I would positively recommend this home. I will be back also."

"Property is in the northern part of The Villages which was perfect for us because of where other members of our family live. Convenient to grocery store, gas station. Neighbors were friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay."

"Two families (4 adults and two teenagers.) Property was very clean had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, The golf cart was fun to drive and ride. The furnishings were comfortable. (only thing lacking is we had to provide our own laundry detergent and trash bags.) We noted that there was only one oven rack instead of two--told the property manager after our stay, but this didn't inconvenience us) Awesome house rental!!."

"Highly recommend this home for your stay in The Villages. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath with lanai, grill and 2 car garage. Perfect location for us. Close to pickleball open play courts at Pimlico, Churchhill & Laurel Manor. Ashland pool, an adult only pool was a short golf cart ride away. Golf courses everywhere. Could easily take a golf cart to all 3 squares, but Lake Sumter was the closest to us. Loved the nighly music at any of the town squares. Shopping close by in the town squares, again, accessible...

"Great place to rent, relax by the pool on the golf course. Quick golf cart ride to Sumpter Landing. The house was well equiped and they provided everything we needed for a pleasent stay. The grill was nice to have also. Always something to do in the villages."

"Upon arrival, toilets were both black throughout causing a bad odor. House was very dusty and floors needed swept. I swept the floor and cleaned the toilets. Also, both wall clocks had dead batteries, thermostat needs a service check - we set it on 70 and the temperature soared up to 78 degrees many nights. Kitchen scissors are broken and there is no pizza cutter and no cake/roasting pan. Location was great! Maryann"

"Overall A nice place to stay for a short visit but honestly would probably not stay again if there were other options. Great location centrally located and nice to have golf cart. It definitely needs some updating - New linens, pillows and towels (washcloths particularly) and a good set of frying pans would be great. A big issue for us was the Small bed in the master bedroom. The bed sits very high and is really hard and I think it’s a double. Don’t know if that was in the listing but should...
