"Very clean and cute place to stay! Family friendly, large pool with hot tubs, water front bar and restaurant. Activities, coffee shop on site. Very cool spot would stay again."
"It’s an experience we’ll never forget. The torrential rain made the conditions less desirable than they would be, but the friendly owner did everything possible to make the best of it.
The cabin was compact, well appointed and attractively decorated. The two horses in the nearby stable were a welcome added attraction."

"Always a good stay there. It's great you don't have to go anywhere after check in with the Bar/ Restaurant right there with good food and all you want to drink.7-11 right next door. What more can you ask for.Most of the staff will go out of their way to accommodate you as well. It's a WIN,WIN Situation. Been going there over 30 years now."

"This house and our stay was absolutely amazing. The owners and their daughter made this trip outstanding. From the check in process to the day we left everything was so easy. The amenities in the house were abundant. We didn't need or want for anything. Everything and I mean everything was right at our fingertips. Place was so clean and comfy. It was definitely a perfect spot. The surrounding area including the backyard and boat slip area was awesome and it was just a quick ride to the springs. Would highly recommend booking this house. The best part is we were greeted with a plate of yummy chocolate chips cookies. Will definitely be looking into booking this home next year "
"Our first attempt, but definitely not our last, at scalloping. We had a great time in Homosassa. Our contact, Nancy, was wonderful. The check-in / out process was super easy and the home was perfect for our party. Two families shared this house and experience together with no issues. It was perfect for us and the dock was suitable for two boats, but we did have to raft off of each other. It is such a beautiful location, the local restaurants and bars were incredible and the people were polite and friendly. There is so much to do if you love the outdoors and water. The only mistake we made was to not stay for a full week. It would have been nice to see more of the local establishments and spend some more time fishing. We mainly stayed in the scallop grounds, but we will extend next years trip to allow us to do more activities.I highly recommend this home and dealing with Nancy is a delightful experience. We will be back."

"Another great week at this quaint establishment. Well stocked, clean,comfy bed and the sheets and towel smell so good. Scallops plentiful this year. Took the tandem kayak to Hunters Springs park n kayaked to Three sisters Spring. Had a epic stay. Thank you"
